A comprehensive Annual Inspection and Inventory is conducted for each owner during occupancy. You will be able to view a monthly photo online. You are provided with an online webpage that shows the status and photos associated with each property we manage.
Our accounting department is fully computerized with state of the art hardware and software designed specially for Property management. Property owners receive monthly accounting statements itemizing all income and expense generated from their property. Statements are sent via email and checks are mailed by the 10th. of each month and reflect all income and expense activity from the property during the preceding month.
In addition to keeping owners informed about the condition and maintenance requirements of their property, RE/MAX Infinity provides timely response 7 days a week to guest reported maintenance problems . Understanding the rental business and how critical guest’s satisfaction is to your/our success gives our maintenance personnel and contractors a sense of urgency and pride in their work.
